Keiko Spinner — Privacy Policy
Effective 2026-05-07 · Last updated 2026-05-07
This policy applies to Keiko Spinner, an Android app published by Computerist Solutions, Inc. under the Dojominder brand. For the brand-level policy that covers our other apps and this website, see dojominder.com/privacy.html.
What we collect
Nothing. Keiko Spinner does not collect, transmit, or share any personal information. There are no user accounts, no analytics product, no crash-reporting service, and no advertising or tracking SDKs. The app does not make network requests.
What stays on your device
Keiko Spinner stores your training-planning data locally on your device using Android's standard sandboxed storage (a SQLite database). Specifically:
- Routines you generate — for each routine: chosen duration, the timestamp it was generated, and an optional nickname you can attach to it.
- The blocks within each routine — their ordering and time allotment (warm-up, conditioning, kihon, kumite, kata).
- The exercises picked into each block — a snapshot of each item's name and details captured at generation time, so a saved routine doesn't change retroactively if the built-in library is updated later.
- Planned programs — routines you have explicitly saved for a future lesson, with the target date you picked.
- Logged sessions — for each routine you mark as completed: which routine, which planned program (if any), and when. Per-item completion checkmarks, free-text notes, and like/dislike ratings are reserved for a future version of the app and are currently empty.
- The built-in content library — kata, kihon exercises, and kumite drills that ship with the app.
That is the full list. The app does not store audio, video, photos, contacts, location, or any account information.
Data retention
Because we do not collect any personal data, we retain none on our side — there is nothing for us to keep or to delete. Your local data is retained on your device for as long as the app remains installed. You can erase it at any time:
- From inside the app: open a saved routine and tap Delete to remove its planned-program registration. Re-spinning, reordering, or deleting a section of a routine and saving it overwrites the previous local copy of that routine.
- By uninstalling the app, which causes Android to remove the entire local store (every routine, planned program, and session).
We do not keep backups, archives, or any copy outside your device.
Android Backup
If your device has Android's system-level Backup enabled (Settings → System → Backup, on by default on many devices), Android may include Keiko Spinner's local data in encrypted backups stored under your Google Account. This is a device-level service operated by Google under your Google Account terms, not by us — we have no access to those backups and cannot read or modify them. You can disable Android Backup in your device settings.
What we share
Nothing. We have nothing to share, and no one to share it with.
Permissions
Keiko Spinner declares no Android permissions. It does not access the network, contacts, location, microphone, camera, photos, or any other sensitive data category. If a future feature requires a permission, we will explain why inside the app and update this policy before that feature ships.
Children
Keiko Spinner is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from any user — including children — because we do not collect data.
Your rights (CCPA, GDPR, and similar)
Privacy laws in California, the EU, the UK, and elsewhere give users the right to know what personal data is held about them, to request deletion, and to opt out of sale or sharing. Because we hold no personal data, there is nothing to disclose, nothing to delete, and nothing to opt out of. Your local data on your own device is yours; you control it through the in-app reset options or normal device controls.
Changes to this policy
If our practices change, we will revise this policy and update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be called out explicitly. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
